The ingenious, yet simple design of the Eva Solo charcoal barbecue features a number of unique solutions to enhance functionality. First and foremost Eva Solo barbecue is – unlike barbecues incorporating enamelled, chrome or nickel-plated parts – made exclusively from stainless steel. The barbecue has a heavy duty grid which can be cleaned with a wire brush, a portable coal bucket with handle to collect ash, and a flat protective lid which converts the barbecue into an extra patio table. The Eva Solo barbecue can also be used as a fireplace: place a couple of logs on the glowing coals so it becomes a small fire, refill your wineglasses and enjoy the summer's evening for another couple of hours.
The range of optional accessories includes a protective cover and a dome-shaped lid which allows you to cook whole joints and chickens. A set of table legs is also available which, when combined with the flat lid, form a practical serving table.
