For cooking large joints of meat such as roast beef or whole chickens, the domed cooking lid converts the Eva Solo Barbecue into an oven, providing a consistent all-round heat to cook the joint right through. The dome can be stored inside the coal-bucket when not in use or hung on the outside of the barrel when barbecuing.
The dome cooking lid is available in two sizes for use with the 49 cm top barbecue (without thermometer) and with the 59 cm top barbeque (incl. thermometer). Please note the barbecue is not included, only the cooking lid.
