Italian artist and jewellery designer Giorgio Vigna began designing glass birds for the Finnish Iittala in 2007. Each Vigna bird is individually handcrafted by master glassblowers at Iittala's renowned glassworks in Finland.
The Contrasti Birds have a solid black glass core contrasting beautifully with the colourful or clear glass exterior.
