What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forget your password, it can easily be reset by visiting the Forgot Your Password. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and will receive a link via e-mail to reset your password.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, just call our customer service number with the information of the products you need to order and your card details and we will take the order over the phone.

Do I need to set up an account to place and order?

Yes, you do. However, you do not need to create an account prior to placing an order. An account will be created at the checkout with the Billing and Delivery Information you provide.

Can I order products that are “out of stock”?

Yes, you can order any products that are out of stock, a lead time will be shown on the website when the stock is due in and we will inform you once the item is in stock and your order is being dispatched.

How is ordering a “special order” or “made to order” product different than ordering a stocked item?

“Special orders” and “made to order” products are specifically ordered for you and are not held in stock. This order is immediately placed with the supplier for you. Please ensure that you have checked all the information on sizes and colours as these orders are non refundable or exchangeable.

Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?

Yes we can send your order to a different billing address. Cloudberry will ask for your Delivery Address on Step 2 of the Checkout and on Step 3 we will ask for your Billing Address. By default, we automatically populate your Billing Address with the Delivery Address you entered on Step 2, however there is a button to add a new Billing Address if necessary.

How do I make changes to my account details?

To make changes to your account details you'll first need to log in to your account. This can be done by clicking the Account Login button at the top at the page and entering your e-mail address and password.
Once you're logged in you'll be brought to your dashboard where you can change multiple details on your account. To change your e-mail address and password, click the Preferences tab underneath the My Account heading on the dashboard, enter in your new details and click the Save button in the bottom right. To change your Contact Details such as Name, Address and Telephone number click the Addresses Tab and enter your new details and click the Save Address button in the bottom right.
